I want to join your workouts. How can I do this?
First, register in our Momence system, where you enter your information and set a password that you will remember, as you will use it to access the system and access the practices. Once you have done this, you can also choose the membership fee you want in the system and pay it, and then access the video content. If you have problems with the process, we are available via email. If you don't know which exercise would be suitable for you, write to us.
I am a complete beginner in yoga. How do I start?
Just be brave 🙂 We recommend that you maybe get to know the basics of yoga in some other studio that offers beginner practices. You can also try Relax yoga and see if it suits you.
What do I need for training?
You need a yoga mat and comfortable, stretchy workout clothes. We practice barefoot.
How long before exercise should I eat my last meal?
We recommend that you do not eat for at least two hours before exercise.
What types of yoga can I find at your place? How should I choose an exercise for myself?
Our yoga classes are always a combination of different genres, because instead of by genre of yoga (hatha, vinyasa, yin, etc.), we prefer to approach them thematically. But some watches are more calm, others more dynamic. We suggest that you read the descriptions of the individual exercises and if you have any questions, we will be happy to answer them.
