You need comfortable clothes, a pad, a quiet place, Zoom. It will be suitable for all levels, no previous knowledge is necessary. The workshop is open to everyone, it is not intended only for members of Nush Yoga and the Look at Yourself program.

The workshop lasts 90 minutes (30 minutes of introductory conversation, 30-45 minutes of meditation and the final sharing of impressions)
