I don’t see myself as a healer who fixes people. I see myself as a guide who supports you in reconnecting with your own inner resources and natural capacity for change.
In our 1:1 sessions, the focus is not on applying a fixed method or following a predefined system. Every session is shaped around you — your current situation, emotional state, and what feels most present in your life right now.
My work brings together different approaches I’ve studied and practiced over the years, including yoga, meditation, visualization, intuitive and energy-based practices, and psychological tools. Rather than using these techniques in a rigid or theoretical way, I use them intuitively and practically — choosing what best supports you in the moment.
The aim of this work is not to depend on me, but to help you develop greater self-awareness, self-trust, and inner stability. Through the sessions, you learn how to listen to your body, emotions, and intuition more clearly, so that insight and change can continue beyond our time together.
This is a collaborative process. You remain actively involved, aware, and empowered — supported in accessing clarity, balance, and a deeper sense of connection with yourself.
What happens in a 1:1 session
The sessions are 120-150 min long. Each session is a calm, confidential space where we work with what is most relevant for you in that moment. While every session is unique, the process generally follows three simple stages:
- Grounded conversation and intention
We begin with a gentle conversation to explore what’s currently present for you — emotionally, mentally, or physically. This helps clarify where you feel stuck and what kind of support is most needed right now. - Tailored intuitive practice
Based on what arises, I guide you through a practice chosen specifically for you. This may include sound healing, visualization, inner child work, manifestation, practical psychology tools, or intuitive and energy-based techniques. The focus is always on creating safety, awareness, and connection with yourself. - Integration and take-away tools
We close the session by integrating what came up and identifying insights or simple practices you can take with you into everyday life. This supports ongoing reflection and change beyond
the session itself.
Sessions are designed to be supportive, adaptable, and respectful of your pace. There is no need to prepare or perform — you are guided step by step throughout the process.
What sets my methods apart is their simplicity and practicality. I focus on creating easy-to-understand, down-to-earth techniques that you can seamlessly integrate into your everyday life for real, lasting transformation.
